UI/UX Expert-Stockholm

We currently have a vacancy for a UI/UX Expert fluent in English.

Job Description:
• Setup and conduct user research and perform usability testing.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to find strategic opportunities and
recommend innovative solutions.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Create the information architecture for user experiences.
• Apply design thinking methodologies where needed.
• Align business objectives with user’s interests.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating end-user needs and
incorporating them into design solutions.
• Be the key point of contact representing the design team for a particular task or
project.
• Develop collaborative leadership that aims to keep the project and team goals
aligned with management.
• Manage UX project deliverables and outcomes together with an interdisciplinary
team of experts.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant studies and/or experience after the secondary school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience of professional focus in UI/UX design, primarily
related to web-based applications.
• Excellent knowledge in UI/UX design best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of web technologies and standards.
• Excellent knowledge of design and graphical tools.
• Excellent knowledge in software used in graphical design (e.g. Adobe family).
• Training or certification in User Experience.
