We currently have a vacancy for an SharePoint Content Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Stockholm, Sweden. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

Provide services for content management including content migration, metadata tagging, management of queries related to the client’s internal and external document management system (SharePoint 2013 and MS 365) and Extranets (SharePoint 2016) including any sub modules and content level issues and new requests;

Support integration of the information management services with other relevant systems and services;

Collaborate with content providers and internal teams to troubleshoot and bring resolution to issues;

Support other specific tasks related to data/information governance that can be requested on-demand.

Requirements

University degree in a relevant field with minimum 3 years of experience in content management and analysis or non university degree with minimum 5 years of experience in content management and analysis;

Minimum 4 years of experience working with SharePoint platform;

Minimum 2 years of experience working with Document Management best practices;

Minimum 2 years of experience working with Document Management related tools & methods;

Minimum 2 years of experience working with content management, evaluation and configuration/development;

Minimum 2 years of experience working with content migration using out-of-the box and third-party tools;

Minimum 2 years of experience working with configuration of Managed Metadata Services and other SharePoint applications;

Experience working in the epidemiology and/or public health sector is an asset;
