Junior BI Analyst – Brussels

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Expert

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
• Identification of the main business objects and data modelling for providing business value
• Identification of the complex data areas which are challenging for users
• Elaboration and management of a plan in view of improving and simplifying their
presentation
• High level presentation to users and managers from the business community
• Gathering business requirements
• Business analysis
• Team management
• Conception of data visualisation artefacts to improve user productivity

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Knowledge of business intelligence reporting tools
• Knowledge of European Commission corporate applications e.g. My Workplace (for
internal users), F&T (for external users), MAPP and eProcurement would be an asset.
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of User Experience design
• Both, English and French are mandatory for this post
• Experience in team management and project management
• Ability to give high-quality presentation to both business-oriented audiences as well as IT teams
